We are busy preparing our first 2016 Traditional Home Model Dave’s House home for its new residents. Located in Orlando, the 3-bedroom, 2-bath is 1,586 square feet. The house will be home to Women residents placed by, support service partner, Aspire Health Partners.

Dave’s House closed on the property on December 22, 2015; it is one of two homes funded through a $500,000 grant from Orange County.  

Our new residents will be welcomed home in March. We are finishing up some projects to ensure the home is move-in ready.

The property was selected based on Dave’s House high standards. The criteria includes: safety of the neighborhood, quality construction, layout that works well for housemates, amenities, location and proximity to shopping, services and public transportation. The 0.36-acre lot includes a deck and several beautiful mature oak trees. The interior layout includes vaulted ceilings as well as a family room combo and split bedroom design.

The home is cozy with a kitchen island, pantry, breakfast bar, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The flooring is tile throughout. It is a home that we are very proud to add to the Dave’s House properties.
