Dave’s House recently received a $50,000 donation from a private Family Foundation. The anonymous donation was facilitated by Dave’s House Board of Directors Member Matt Palma of MT Palma Legal, his law firm serving real property, probate and trust legal needs.

“I became involved with Dave’s House because of their commitment to the long-term success of their residents living with serious mental illness,” said Palma. “Co-founders Lin and Ron Wilensky have made an incredible impact on the Central Florida community, ending homelessness for these men and women,” he said.

“Our volunteer leadership plays such a vital role in the expansion of our programs to help more individuals in our community,” said Ellen O’Connor, Dave’s House director. “Their efforts are propelling the growth of Dave’s House programs to improve the lives of our residents and to increase the number of people we serve through permanent supportive housing,” she said.
